The suspension polymerization skid unit is a system designed for the preparation process of suspension polymerization of modified polymers and other high-molecular-weight polymers, integrating raw material preparation, mixing, reaction, centrifuging, and drying. The unit integrates upstream and downstream equipment into a skid-mounted system centered around the reactor, including a dosing unit, aqueous and oil phase preparation units, a reaction/polymerization unit, a centrifuging and drying unit, a gas supply system, a temperature control and heat exchange system, a spray system, an explosion-proof system, and more. It can be equipped with static mixers and high-shear emulsifying pumps based on the dispersion intensity and emulsification requirements during the mixing and reaction processes. Additionally, it can adapt to process changes by utilizing an intelligent pipeline control system to flexibly switch between internal and external circulation between the reactor and these equipment. Ultimately, this forms an integrated overall solution encompassing "process, engineering, and equipment" that is adaptable to various suspension polymerization preparation processes.
