The system integration for the precursor preparation unit has developed a high-performance reactive crystallization reactor specifically for the preparation process of ternary precursors for lithium-ion battery cathode materials. The upstream and downstream equipment are integrated into a skid system centered around the core reactive crystallization reactor. This system includes a pure water preparation unit, a dosing system, a reaction/aging unit, a gas supply system, a temperature control unit, a washing/filtering/drying unit, a magnetic separation unit, a wastewater treatment unit, and a control system. A pilot-scale system skid-mounted integration has been established for the preparation of ternary precursors for battery materials using 100~300L reactive crystallization reactors. Ultimately, an integrated overall solution encompassing "process, engineering, and equipment" for the preparation of battery cathode material precursors has been established.
