Design Features

This type of impeller is a low-speed mixer commonly used for mixing high to medium viscosity liquids, heat transfer reactions, and other processes.

Anchor Frame Impeller (MKS): When rotating at low speed, it generates significant shear force along the tank wall, preventing sedimentation and wall attachment. The bottom shape is designed to fit the elliptical tank and central bottom bearing.

Anchor Band Impeller (MDS): A combination of helical and frame-style impellers, combining the advantages of both helical and frame mixing actions.

Square Frame Impeller (FKS) & Square Grid Impeller (FSS): These have simple shapes and are easy to manufacture, with similar performance to the frame impeller. They are better suited for mixing and dissolving liquids of medium viscosity.

Plate Frame Impeller (BKS): A high-efficiency impeller with a wide viscosity range, featuring a simple structure. Its projection area in the longitudinal cross-section of the tank occupies a large proportion of the tank's longitudinal cross-sectional area, offering high mixing efficiency and significant shear force.
