Since the launch of lean production activities, how to save waiting time and improve work efficiency has always been the focus of our company for improvement.
From May 2020,our production department has begun to analyze the process, inspection, transition, storage and other factors to formulate plans. During this period, they continued to optimize plans through sand table simulation and brainstorming.
Recently, our company held the ceremony of the layout adjustment of the stainless steel shaft workshop. The related managers signed the layout responsibility confirmation form to confirm the responsibility and strengthen the implementation, thus the workshop layout adjustment started.
We will continue to implement lean activities, relying on lean management to improve efficiency, increase benefits and level, then promote the continuous improvement of our management in the direction of lean.
