In June 2024, the service engineer of GREATWALL MIXERS provided on-site supervision services for agitators of a New Energy project in Sichuan province, China. These agitators are mainly used in producing ternary precursor.
Project Design
In this new energy project, the key equipment is the ternary synthesis reactor. Based on the client's process requirements, we ultimately adopted a combination of one layer of three-bladed narrow-leaf propeller impeller and two layers of pitched blade open turbine impeller.
The three-bladed narrow-leaf propeller impeller features a variable cross-section design, with blades resembling a constant pitch surface, offering excellent discharge performance and low shear force. This design can generate strong axial force during rotation, causing the material to move along the axial direction, thereby enhancing material circulation and convection. It achieves a high flow field in both transitional and turbulent operations, with a discharge rate 20% higher than that of general propellers. This makes the agitator particularly suitable for mixing, dissolving, and solid-liquid suspension of low-viscosity liquids. The pitched blade open turbine agitator further increases fluid circulation and mixing efficiency, ensuring more uniform mixing of the materials.
Installation and Commissioning
During the equipment installation and commissioning phase, our after-sales engineers provided professional guidance to the on-site installation personnel in strict accordance with our installation standards, ensuring the stable operation of the equipment.
Through this successful service, Greatwall Mixers once again demonstrated its leading position in mixing technology and excellent after-sales service capabilities. We remain committed to technological innovation and customer satisfaction, helping global customers achieve more efficient and environmentally friendly production goals.
