GREATWALL MIXERS serves petrochemicals, new energy, biopharmaceuticals, environmental protection, and water treatment industries. With proven engineering experience and stable product quality, the company works with well-known global enterprises such as Wanhua Chemical, Cargill, and Dow. Its products are widely applied in China and exported internationally. GREATWALL MIXERS holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications, and its equipment complies with CE, ATEX, and other international standards.
Mr. Yu Peiqing serves as the Chairman of the Company and Director of the Mixing Technology Committee at the China Chemical Machinery Power Technology Association. Awarded the Special Government Allowance of the State Council in 2008, he is recognized as a leading authority in China's mixing equipment industry. He also contributed to compiling the Mechanical Design Handbook, a pivotal reference for China's early mechanical design field.
Completed the first "impeller" order, marking the beginning of the company’s transformation. The company has evolved from a specialized gearbox manufacturer into a well-known enterprise in both domestic and international markets, focusing on stirring technology development, as well as the design and manufacturing of mixing equipment. In the same year, the company applied to the national patent office and was granted its first patent in 1995 for a bidirectional impeller oil pump (Patent No. ZL 94210748.9). To date, the company has accumulated a total of 137 authorized patents, including 17 invention patents and 120 utility model patents.
The company was renamed Zhejiang Reducer Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 10 million RMB.
As the drafting unit, our company drafted the HG/T3193.11-2001 standard series for Vertical Reducers for Kettles, actively promoting the standardization development of the domestic gearbox manufacturing industry. Since then, the company has continued to contribute as a drafting unit, developing standards such as HGT/8796-2005 for the Mixers standard series, among others. To date, we have participated in drafting a total of 17 standards, including 2 national standards, 1 group standard, and 14 industry standards.
The company has passed the BS OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification. With this, the company now holds the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certifications. After establishing these management systems, systematic and standardized regulatory documents have become internal regulations followed by all employees, significantly improving the company's management practices.
GREATWALL MIXERS hosted the first National Industrial Mixing Technology Conference, marking the beginning of China’s own Mixing Technology Association.
The new laboratory of the R&D department has been established and put into use.
The company relocated to a new office in the Lucheng Light Industry Industrial Park. The new facility is located at No. 28 Xupujiang Road, Lucheng, Wenzhou. Covering an area of 60 acres, the new plant is equipped with numerous advanced instruments and equipment from both domestic and international sources.
To expand production capacity, a new Shaft&impeller workshop was established on Shengyuan Road, near the Xupujiang Road plant, covering an area of 30 acres.
The China-U.S. Economic Cooperation Seminar was held in Wenzhou. Mayor LeRoy D. Benton of Fulton visited GREATWALL MIXERS.
Mr. Yu, as a representative of leading Chinese enterprises, visited Fulton.
The world-renowned mixing technology expert, Professor Avlin W. Nienow, a fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering in the UK, visited the company and gave an academic lecture.
GREATWALL MIXERS joined the Postdoctoral Program.
GREATWALL MIXERS was listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) with the stock code 839894.
GREATWALL MIXERS completed its shareholding reform and was renamed Zhejiang Greatwall Mixers Equipment Co., Ltd.. Mr. Yu Peiqing was appointed as the chairman, and Mrs. Yu Shuyao was appointed as the general manager.
GREATWALL MIXERS has been re-certified as a High-tech Enterprise, with the certification valid for three years. (The initial certification was granted in 2016.)
The company partnered with a professional Lean Production Consulting Management Team to implement lean production practices. Through internal transformation, the company reduced production waste, improved efficiency, and responded more quickly to market demand, further enhancing its market competitiveness.
GREATWALL MIXERS has started the construction of its new factory building on the E18 plot.
GREATWALL MIXERS officially put its new factory building into production at the E-18 plot.
