Recently, the after-sales engineering team of Greatwall Mixers completed the installation supervision and commissioning of a sanitary bottom entry magnetic mixer at a food additive project in Guangxi, China. The on-site service covered equipment installation inspection, operating parameter verification, and system commissioning to ensure safe, stable, and efficient operation under actual production conditions.

The mixer is installed in a yeast cream storage tank. During storage, yeast cream requires continuous and stable agitation to maintain uniformity, prevent sedimentation, and keep the suspension system stable. These process requirements place high demands on the sanitary performance, sealing structure, and operational reliability of the mixing equipment. To meet these needs, Greatwall Mixers provided a sanitary bottom entry magnetic mixer tailored to the specific process conditions.
